Doug is co-founder of Turning Point Associates (TPA), Adjutant Solutions Group and People Powered Innovation Labs. He has over three decades of international consulting experience helping clients build humane enterprises and adapt to the uncertainties of ever-changing and increasingly competitive business environments.  He specializes in strategy, people powered innovation, enterprise (organizations, networks, ecosystems) design and change. Clients have included Eli Lilly and Company, Wyeth-Ayerst Research, Elanco, E. Merck, SCOR, Sandoz, The Nature Conservancy, AT&T, Boehringer Mannheim, Rolls-Royce, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Land o’ Lakes, Whirlpool, John Deere, Cummins Engine, and Ingersoll-Rand.    

Doug is also an Adjunct Professor with Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.  He teaches MBA courses on strategic value innovation, positive people practices and leading (in an era of tumultuous) change.  Doug has received several teaching excellence awards for MBA and undergraduate teaching. His research interests include participative design of knowledge work systems in a digital era, collaborative ecosystem design, and people powered innovation.
