Matthijs Moorkamp is assistant professor in organization design and development at Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. He teaches several courses in sociotechnical organization design at Bachelor and Master level. His research interest are development of sociotechnical theory, temporary organizations and network organizations. For his research he focuses on temporary organizations that operate under challenging circumstances. Case studies include Dutch military operations in Afghanistan and the MH17 crisis response organization.
