Theme: Organizing Work Fit for Humans
A Conference for the Co-Creation of Knowledge
From Tuesday, 27 through Friday, 30 September a small group of about 50 organization design people from around the world will gather at the Indigo Hotel in Austin, Texas for the Socio-Technical Systems Roundtable Meeting. This diverse group of practitioners and academics is gathered to co-create knowledge about “Organizing Work that is Fit for Humans.”
Several themes and burning questions are running through the conference and pre-conference workshops. Check the website for more information.
There will be, beginning in June, Pre-Conference Online Workshops that will introduce these questions and themes to us and allow us to ponder and deliberate upon these issues.
A Hybrid Meeting – We will have a virtual participation track in the conference. People who will not be present face-to-face can participate in the conference sessions and engage with each other online and with people at the face-to-face conference.
