Message from the design team of Trondheim 2021:
We are very pleased to announce that the annual meeting of the Global Network for SmarT Organization Design will indeed be held in September 2021 and hosted by the Norwegian Design Team. This will be a unique ‘hybrid’ event that combines an in-person gathering in Trondheim, NORWAY with presentations joined by lively virtual meetings among participants across international time zones. Please stay posted for program details as early as possible in Spring 2021!

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Global network conference in Trondheim has been moved to September 2021. In the meantime, the Design Team will provide webinars and background information to prepare us all for an inspiring meeting in 2021. Stay tuned via this page for more details!
The theme of the meeting is: "Participation in the Age of Blurring Organizational Boundaries". It will zoom in on the role of trade unions, digitalisation and adaptive organisational innovation. Also from these perspectives attention will be paid to Covid-19.

Right now, at this very moment, the Norwegian Design Team is continuing to plan an exciting program for the September 2020 Global Network Annual Meeting, while still evaluating all of our options given the recent coronavirus pandemic.

Put it in your agenda! From 8 to 11 September, this year's STS Roundtable conference will take place in Trondheim, Norway.
At the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), the conference will focus on the theme 'Participation in the age of blurring organizational boundaries'. More details will follow soon on STS Roundtable.
